1. No Returns 

• Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to food safety, De L'or Cakery does not accept returns on any items. We adhere strictly to food protection standards to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for our customers. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its condition upon return, and thus, no returns are allowed under any circumstances.

2. Perishable Items

• All products sold by De L'or Cakery are perishable and have a limited shelf life. As such, none of our products can be returned. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our goods, ensuring that our customers receive fresh and safe products.

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will gladly ship a replacement item at no additional charge to you. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.

4. Shipping Costs for Replacements

• De L'or Cakery will cover all shipping costs associated with reshipping a replacement order. If your order is lost or damaged, you will not incur any additional shipping charges for the replacement item. We aim to make the replacement process as smooth and cost-free as possible for our customers.

5. No Exchanges or Refunds

• Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product arriving in a compromised condition, we will provide a replacement order. We do not provide monetary refunds or exchanges for different items.

6. Replacement Orders

• If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement order to be shipped to you promptly. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS
Before accepting the shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you refuse delivery and if possible click some photos of the packaging and send it over to us so that we can take further action. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.

REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS

• We reserve the right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
• We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or exchange, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
• The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through the conditions mentioned above. If the product fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.

CANCELLATIONS- Immediate Order Processing and Cancellation Limitations

Cancellation from our end
