          Returns & Refunds

          If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order via weloveusshop@essence.com with details and photos of the issue.

          We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.

          How to Make a Return

          3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

          Exchanges

          If you would like to request an exchange, this must take place before your order has shipped. We do not offer exchanges once an item has been shipped.

          For enquires about your order made via an R&R Skincare retail partner, please contact the store/ platform that you purchased from directly. We are unable to track or assist with any orders placed on a partners’ platform.
