At Strands of Faith, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed return instructions. - Ship Your Item
Carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
