Refund policy
All sales are final. However, we will accept exchanges on candles ONLY. We will ONLY exchange if the candles are damaged in transit. You are responsible to pay for all shipping fees associated with returning the exchanged item(s) to us. We highly recommend trackable shipping insurance for all returns. We otherwise cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at weloveusshop@essence.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s). After receiving a response to your email, then return the damaged item to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then a replacement item will be sent to you. The same item that was originally ordered will be sent to you, if approved. The item cannot be exchanged for a different item. A second exchange request for the same item cannot be processed. Customers are only allowed a one-time exchange per order, if an item is damaged in transit.
If the returned item is out of stock, then the exchange will be put on a wait list until the item is available.
