Pedilicious Footwear Sole Care – Return Policy

At Pedilicious, we take pride in creating products designed to care for and protect the soles that carry you through life. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Pedilicious sole care purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Products must be in the same condition in which they were received.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Sole care products that have been applied or tested
• Custom or specially ordered items
• Clearance or final sale merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly work with you to correct the issue.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact weloveusshop@essence.com to reach our Pedilicious customer care team, with your:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
