Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received within 14 days of authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Keisha Elise Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
