At Ire Aje Jewelry Company, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry item, we offer a 14-day return policy for an exchange. Please read our return policy guidelines below:

1. Eligibility:   

- To be eligible for a return, the jewelry item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.   
- Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.2. Timeframe:   
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for an exchange.   
- After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

3. Return Process:   
- To initiate a return for an exchange, please contact weloveuss@essence.com. Provide them with your order details and reason for the return.   
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with an exchange authorization number (EAN#).   
- Please ensure that the jewelry item is securely packaged and include the EAN# on the package.

4. Exchange Options:   
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.   
- If approved, you can choose to exchange the item for a different size, style, or color of equal or lesser value.   
- If the desired item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

5. Shipping Costs:   
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return for an exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.   
- Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be covered by Ire Aje Jewelry Company.

6. Exceptions:   
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.   
- Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
