Returns and Refunds Policies
NaturAll recognizes that everyone's hair is different, so if you aren't in love with the products, we got you covered! We take returns under the following circumstances:
- Fulfillment mistake
- Wrongly ordered product
- Cases of allergic reaction and irritation from the product are eligible for a refund instead of a credit
We unfortunately are unable to accept the following product returns:
- Orders placed to all international or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- Overly used products or products not purchased online at WeLoveUs.shop.
- Deep Conditioner
- Gift Cards & Sale Items
Cancellations
Cancellations are not guaranteed. Please submit a request to cancel via online chat or email to: [weloveusshop@essence.com]. Orders can only be cancelled before it fulfills. Once an order fulfills and a shipping label is created, the order can longer be cancelled. Any order that is successfully cancelled will receive a refund valued at the amount of purchase minus any shipping fees. We will resolve this with you prior to arrangement.
