Refund Policy

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at weloveusshop@essence.com. Please note that cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped by our supplier. Once a cancellation is successfully processed before shipment, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted fro your store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
