EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
At In Real Life Skin, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following terms regarding our exchange and refund policy:
Eligibility for Exchange and Refund:
- Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Damaged or Defective Products: Exchanges are only possible in the case of damaged or defective products.
Exchange and Refund Process:
- Initiating an Exchange or Refund: To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange or refund, and the reason for the request.

- Approval and Instructions: Once your exchange or refund request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions. If the item is damaged or defective, we may ask for pictures as proof.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping charges in case of damaged/defective product will be reimbursed by the brand.
Processing the Exchange or Refund:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange or refund eligibility criteria. If the item does not meet these criteria, we will notify you that the exchange or refund has been denied.
- New Item or Refund: If the exchange or refund is approved:
- Exchange: For damaged or defective products, we will process your exchange and send out the new item to you. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Refund: We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges for Different Products:
- Price Difference: If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective item for a different product with a different price, you will need to pay the difference if the new item is more expensive, or we will refund the difference if the new item is less expensive.
