We gladly offer store credit or exchanges within 10 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original sealed packaging
• Seal must remain intact (for hygiene purposes)
• Proof of purchase is required

🔒 Hygiene Policy
For safety and sanitary reasons, any item with a broken seal or signs of wear is final sale and not eligible for exchange.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Your receipt/order number
• Photos of the item

We will gladly replace it once approved

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Waistbee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
