Tre’s Street Sauce® Return Policy
At Tre’s Street Sauce®, we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund for eligible returns. Simply return the unused,
unopened product within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
There are no refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery.
All returned merchandise must include the original packaging containing the unopened product as it was received. Additionally, we ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials that were used to ship your merchandise whenever possible.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return and specify whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
Tre’s Street Kitchen LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse returns to individuals based on previous claims filed.
