No REFUNDS OR RETURNS ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstance.

Order Cancellations

Customers have a 3-day window from the time of purchase to cancel their order.

After 3 days, cancellations are no longer permitted as orders may already be in processing or production.

Address Changes

Address changed are not guaranteed.

We can try to update your shipping addresses within 3 days of placing an order. After 3 days, we cannot modify your delivery address.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly send a replacement for damaged or defective items.

No refunds will be issued for damages.

Shelf Life & Storage

O’kra products have a 290-day shelf life.

Our beverages are stable outside of refrigeration; however, we highly recommend refrigerating them for the best taste and quality.
