Red Bay Coffee is proudly Black-owned and founded, rooted in a legacy of resilience, creativity, and community empowerment. Since day one, we’ve challenged the status quo of the specialty coffee industry—an industry where Black people have historically been excluded, despite being the backbone of global coffee production. Led by artist and entrepreneur Keba Konte, Red Bay is reclaiming space in every part of the coffee journey, from farm to cup to boardroom. The Red Bay Coffee Guarantee of Excellence

Your satisfaction is our top priority here at Red Bay Coffee where we put in 10 years of experience into every bean we roast to create some of the finest coffees available. We strive to make each cup of Red Bay Coffee a unique, enjoyable experience. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your coffee order and any other purchase, simply let us know for a quick, easy replacement.

Coffee

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a replacement bag within 15 days of your order date.

Missing or Damaged Products

  • Contact us as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.
  • For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.
  • If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box for quality training purposes so we can serve you better the next time around.

How to return items?

If you need to exchange a merchandise item for the same item where it is not related to products being broken, defective or the wrong size received from Red Bay Coffee, please advise us by email at weloveusshop@essence.com so we can assist.
