Refund Policy

At The Wellness Apothecary, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. Due to the personal nature of skincare and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at weloveusshop@essence.com

Please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item

• A photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must:

• Be unused and unopened

• Be in their original packaging

• Be approved by our team prior to return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened skincare or body care products

• Burned candles

• Opened bath salts or body oils

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Promotional or discounted items
