Brand Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the date you received your item.
All handbag returns or exchanges must be in unused new condition, with all original packaging in tact and tags attached and ready for resale. Please do not remove any packaging (protective covering, etc) until you are sure you will keep your handbag. All gifts with purchase must also be returned.
Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and ready for resale. If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, the buyer will be notified, and no refund will be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact weloveusshop@essence.com. All items must be approved for return. Your return request will be reviewed and pictures of the item(s) may be requested before approving the return.
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for shipping to return your item(s). The return shipping fee is $10. We will provide details on where to send your return. If you are returning or exchanging an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s).
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment, within 3 business days. We will send you an email confirmation that your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
