To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask you to contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com to get our return address. Once you send products back and send us a tracking number we will issue a refund. Route Package Protection is non-refundable.
