Cancellations are not guaranteed. Please submit a request to cancel via online chat or email to: [weloveusshop@essence.com]. Orders can only be cancelled before it fulfills. Once an order fulfills and a shipping label is created, the order can longer be cancelled. Any order that is successfully cancelled will receive a refund valued at the amount of purchase minus any shipping fees. We will resolve this with you prior to arrangement.
