Returns & Replacements

We accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery date. Merchandise must be in exact condition at which it was shipped, with original invoice, in order to get refund. Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable unless there is a merchandise defect or shipping error. F&W Style accepts returns through any mail carrier. Sale merchandise is non-refundable as they are considered a final sale. We also accept exchanges within 10 days of Delivery date .

2)      A representative will follow up with our return address and details

3)      You will receive an email once return has been received and processed

4)      Your account will be credited within 7-10 business days
