1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the original order date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Item must be returned with original tags attached and in original packaging
- Return must include proof of purchase or order confirmation
SOKO reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for the same item only, subject to inventory availability.
- If the item is unavailable, the customer may receive either a refund or store credit.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Once processed, banks may take 10–14 business days to complete the refund.
5. Store Credit
Where applicable, store credit may be issued as an electronic gift card.
6. Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
SOKO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, and customers are encouraged to use tracked and insured shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products marked Final Sale on the product page
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Eligible claims will receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping if applicable.

Policy Enforcement
SOKO reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse, or that do not comply with the above requirements.
