Curious about receiving BRAIN LOVE Credit rather than a refund? The choice is yours. Opt to redirect your refund to the original payment method or embrace the BRAIN LOVE Credit. The latter empowers you to swiftly explore new selections on our website by inputting the voucher number in the Gift Card section during checkout. As a delightful addition, you'll receive an extra $10 credit.

Should you choose not to use the voucher, simply access your return label from the email confirmation and dispatch the items back to our warehouse.

Please note, customers are accountable for covering return shipping expenses, excluding cases of exchanges or damaged products.

Anticipating the timeline for processing your return? Our dedicated team processes returns within three business days upon receiving them. Allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit back to your original payment method, followed by 3-7 business days for the funds to fully post.
