This Brand's Return Policy

Every Orijin order is poured, labeled, and packed by our small team. We want each bottle to reach you intact and ready for ritual. Because skincare is personal, and ours is small-batch, we don't accept returns or refunds on products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, we'll replace it.

If something is wrong with your order Email weloveusshop@essence.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief note on what happened, and photos of the product and packaging. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a replacement of the original item, or of the correct item if the wrong product was shipped.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges only when the product received is damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. The process is the same as above.
