We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges.
We gladly welcome exchanges on all purchases within 7 days of product delivery. Exchanges for defective merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt for domestic and international orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may only exchange it within 7 days of product delivery.
All items must be unworn with all tags intact. Simply emailing us at weloveusshop@essence.com with your order information for an exchange authorization. Once you receive the authorization, please send it back to us. You can obtain additional return or exchange information by emailing us at weloveusshop@essence.com
