We want you to love your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 10 days of delivery, subject to the guidelines outlined below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following requirements must be met:
1. Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, including dust bags, jewelry boxes, and tags, where applicable.
2. Return Request Window: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a shipping or fulfillment error must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Sale, Final Sale, or As Is are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Return & Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package can be monitored throughout transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To begin the return or exchange process, please email weloveusshop@essence.com within 10 days of delivery. Include clear images of the item and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
