Return Policy

In case of any issues with your order, we are here to help. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item at weloveusshop@essence.com. If any item arrives damaged or defective, please include photographs of the items in your email to facilitate a replacement or refund.

Please be aware that sale items, bundle items, discontinued items, gift certificates, custom pieces, and third-party items not produced by Ambiance by Talata are final sale and cannot be returned. Items without proof of purchase are non-refundable.

Ambiance by Talata aims to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. We will gladly accept returns of any unopened merchandise within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email weloveusshop@essence.com for a return authorization. Include "Return Authorization" and your order number in the subject line. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or order confirmation email) to be processed.

Please note, Ambiance by Talata does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are encouraged to send their returns with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Refunds will cover the cost of the items returned and will not include shipping fees.
