Refund Policy

We appreciate your purchase. While we hope you are happy with your Space products, Space will ONLY accept returns or exchanges for items that are in their original packaging that are unused and unopened. We will also accept returns of products that are damaged or defective. 

To return or exchange an item, please email weloveusshop@essence.com within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

If your return is not received in the allotted time, you will only be eligible for an online store credit/exchange, and no refund will be disbursed. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be granted.
