Sienna Naturals aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy should you need to return your items. To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask you to contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com to get our return address. Once you send products back and send us a tracking number we will issue a refund. Route Package Protection is non-refundable.

If you have received a damaged or an incorrect order, please email us with photos of the order you received within 5 days from the date you received your order.

16 momme mulberry silk. Scrunchies are 3.94" to 7.87" when fully stretched. Gently hand-wash in cold water as needed. One size fits all. Comes in Jungle Green or Morning Blue.
