RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Liquid Gold Hair Products stands behind the products we sell. While our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, we recognize that no single product works for everyone. We are committed to providing a positive and secure shopping experience.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Approved
refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, less
shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Products must be returned in order to receive a refund. Items shipped under free shipping promotions will have the company’s actual shipping cost deducted from the refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We ask that all products be used as directed. Excessive use of a product beyond normal usage guidelines (for example, using one month’s supply within one week) will void any refund eligibility.

If a customer has previously received a refund under this policy, any
future refund requests may be denied.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Dried plantain skins, palm leaves, cocoa pod powder, kernel oil

💧 How to Use:

Face Wash:
Break off a small piece, add water to create a rich lather, massage onto face, and rinse after 1 minute.

Hair Wash:
Wet hair thoroughly, lather a small piece of soap with water, apply to scalp, rinse after 1 minute, and follow with your favorite Liquid Gold conditioner.
