Returns

At Lizeo, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item can easily be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale merchandise—including merchandise marked final sale or clearance merchandise—cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size or item within 15 days of delivery for online orders. For exchanges, please email us at weloveusshop@essence.com. If your requested exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like us to issue you a refund or perform an exchange for another item in stock. Please note that customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com.
