Fearlessly Hue by Dana Todd Pope return policy

Every Fearlessly Hue® piece is made to order, so all sales are final. We can’t accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size or color was ordered, or for a change of mind.

Damaged items, manufacturing errors or wrong items: please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or isn’t what you ordered, email weloveusshop@essence.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and several clear photos showing the issue. If more than one item is affected, include a photo showing all of them together. There’s no need to send the item back. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a free replacement.

Missing orders: if your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 calendar days after it ships, email weloveusshop@essence.com within 5 days after that. Before you reach out, please check that your delivery address is correct and check with your local post office, since packages are sometimes held for pickup. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a free replacement.

Color: colors can look slightly different on a screen than in print. A small color difference is not considered a defect.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds: if a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund you instead, back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to post it.
