Femigist return policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return:

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- All safety seals must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Due to the personal nature of our wellness products and for the health and safety of our customers, opened or used supplements, skincare, and personal care products are not eligible for return, except where required by law or in cases of defective products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully prepare every order, but we understand that mistakes and shipping damage can happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the affected product when possible. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an error on our part or otherwise required by law.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Femigist cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages. Please contact weloveusshop@essence.com before shipping a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Nonreturnable Items
The following items are generally considered final sale:

- Opened or used supplements and topical products
- Products with broken or removed safety seals, unless defective
- Gift cards
- Promotional gifts and complimentary samples
- Items explicitly marked final sale

Orders Marked Delivered
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building's mailroom and contact the shipping carrier.

You may also contact weloveusshop@essence.com so we can help review the situation.

Packages confirmed as delivered are not automatically eligible for refunds or replacements. Each case will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, we cannot guarantee specific results. Dissatisfaction with individual results does not automatically qualify an opened or used product for a refund.
