Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once items have been opened or used.
If your product has not been opened, used, or altered in any way, you may request an exchange only.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a Nova Sage error.

  1. Start with clean, lightly damp skin.

  2. Apply 4–6 drops of oil to face and neck.

  3. Press oil into skin to create glide.

  4. Using your Gua Sha tool, glide slowly:

    • Neck — upward strokes

    • Jawline — toward ears

    • Cheeks — toward temples

    • Under eyes — very gentle outward strokes

    • Brow — outward and up

  5. Repeat each stroke 5–8 times.

  6. Breathe, relax, and press in remaining oil.

Use 3–5 times per week or daily as part of your Glow Ritual.
