Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase within 7 days.
To start a return, you can contact weloveusshop@essence.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Carrier & Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, the shipment is considered under carrier custody.
If your order is delayed, lost, or otherwise affected during transit, She Biology will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds or replacements related to carrier issues will be issued only after one of the following conditions has been met:
• The shipment has been successfully returned to She Biology and inspected, or
• The carrier has officially declared the shipment lost and the carrier's insurance claim has been approved.
She Biology is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other transit-related circumstances outside of our control. However, we will assist in facilitating carrier investigations and resolution.
Customers may also refuse delivery of a shipment, in which case the order will be processed as a return once received and inspected.
Damages:
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
We do not accept returns on opened or used personal care products.
We also do not accept returns for:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items

Exchanges are not permitted.
Once we have received and inspected your return and if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or carrier-confirmed loss.
