Refunds & Replacements
Refunds: Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another product, we will process the exchange once the original item has been returned and inspected. Availability of replacement products may vary.
Return Window
30-Day Return Period: You can return most products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, Ayéya will replace the product or provide a full refund. Please notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
Unopened Products
Products that remain unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within the 30-day window for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized Products: Custom or personalized products (such as private label items) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for a refund or exchange unless it is defective.
Return Conditions
- Product Integrity: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided for any return or exchange.
- Shipping Responsibility:For defective or incorrect items: Ayéya will cover return shipping costs.For change of mind or non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact weloveusshop@essence.com before sending any items back. Returns without an RMA will not be processed
