Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all frames from the date of receipt. Frames must be returned in their original condition.

Refund
As a reminder, we only refund for the frames, not the prescription. Domestic return shipping is $8.00 and will be deducted from your refund - as a return label will be provided.

Cancel Order
Cancellations can not be guaranteed. Please contact weloveusshop@essence.com within 24 hours of placing your order for further information. However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You must return the items to us for a refund.

Exchange
Should the item(s) not work out, you are welcome to exchange them for a preferred style.

Damages
Please contact our customer service immediately at weloveusshop@essence.com. Please put DAMAGED PACKAGE in the subject line. We will work with you to get your damaged glasses replaced with a new pair as soon as possible. You will be required to return the damaged pair.
