Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if your delivery is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at weloveusshop@essence.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
