At Nova Sage, every product is handcrafted with intention, care, and the highest-quality ingredients. Because our skincare, beverage, and pet-care items are made in small batches for freshness and safety, we do not accept returns on any used or opened products.

✨ Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once items have been opened or used.
If your product has not been opened, used, or altered in any way, you may request an exchange only.

✨ Exchanges (Unused Products Only)
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a Nova Sage error.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us (weloveusshop@essence.com) within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right. We will replace the item or issue a store credit.
