Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, written in, or marked as final sale.
All greeting cards must be unwritten, undamaged, and returned with the original envelope included.
