There’s nothing else that tastes quite like Scotch Bonnet Peppers, so we kept it simple, with a sauce that blended 90% Scotch Bonnet Peppers, and not much else

Ingredients: Water, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate (0.1%) Sodium Metabisulphite (0.1%)
